Refund Policy

TopMentor offers a 3 days refund policy so that you have 3 days to think and confirm your admission. In case of dissatisfaction with the TopMentor platform, you have the liberty to cancel your purchase and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellation and refunds is as follows:

TopMentor subscription and all course purchases (unless stated otherwise in the course page) come with a 3-day (from the date of enrollment), refund policy from the date of purchase. At any point within these 3 days, you can claim a refund. Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Post the 3-day period, however, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that no LMS access should have been enabled before claiming the refund, once lms access is activated, the refund can’t claimed due to download feature.
