Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction with the TopMentor platform, you have the liberty to cancel your purchase and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellation and refunds is as follows:

TopMentor subscription and all course purchases (unless stated otherwise in the course page) come with a 4-day (from the date of enrollment), no-questions-asked, 100% refund policy from the date of purchase. At any point within these 4 days, you can claim a refund. Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Post the 4-day period, however, no refunds will be issued beyond this period.
